London Spirits Competition is known to push the benchmark a notch higher every edition. It is one of the only few awards around the world that puts the consumers at the center of its judging process. The award criteria are designed based on how customer decisions are made in bars, breweries, and distilleries around the world. Starting this edition, the London Spirits Competition will also accept submissions for cocktails for each of the products they enter in this prestigious competition.

This feature is a game changer for many reasons. Firstly, it will help consumers gauge the versatility of the drink by understanding how it could elevate their favorite cocktails or introduce them to new ones. Secondly, it will help bartenders and mixologists find inspiration and ready recipes handy when they stock up their bars with the winning spirits at the 2022 London Spirits Competition. This feature will become a holistic introduction to the spirit and can potentially become the bridge between the judge’s ratings and the consumer’s preferences.

The cocktails of winning spirits will be displayed on the results page of the 2022 London Spirits Competition in April 2022. Along with the London Spirits Competition Portal, Beverage Trade Network’s London Drinks Guide will also select cocktails from the winners’ list and display them on London Drinks Guide and Bartenders Business portal. The cocktails will also be shown in BTN’s other global consumer drinks guides like Los Angeles Drinks Guide, Chicago Drinks Guide, New York Drinks Guide, San Francisco Drinks Guide. Top 100 winners at London Spirits Competition will be included in the Top 100 On-Premise & Off-Premise spirits list - Top 100 LSC Spirits The results of the awards are also shared with over 50,000+ trade professionals in the UK in the Beverage Trade Network community, and over 20000+ buyers in and around the UK.
